How and when do I pay?

By card, securely (Stripe). In the app you pay when the service is completed; if you order from the web, you get a payment link once your specialist confirms the price. No surprises: you see the price before accepting.

Can I order without downloading the app?

Yes. Request right on this page: we create your order and give you a link to track its status and pay online. The app adds chat with your mechanic, problem photos and live tracking.

Are the prices I see final?

They're base rates per service. Your specialist reviews your case and confirms the total price before you're charged. Services marked “Quote” get their price once the specialist evaluates the job.

How do I join as a mechanic?
